Grow With Us – Your Responsibilities
Develop global pricing strategies, value-based pricing approaches and pricing concepts across products, customer segments, geographies and channels to increase revenue performance
Translate customer value propositions, market dynamics and competitive positioning into differentiated pricing frameworks and monetization approaches to increase market share
Analyze competitor pricing practices, market trends and customer pricing expectations through competitive pricing intelligence and market assessments to sustain competitive positioning
Design pricing models, pricing guidance, decision-support tools, pricing & discount governance frameworks and pricing performance measurement approaches for global markets to increase price & margin realization
Advise Sales on pricing approaches, commercial terms and value capture strategies for large, complex and strategically important customer opportunities to improve deal profitability
Implement pricing optimization initiatives across products, customers and markets through pricing analytics, customer segmentation and value capture assessments to accelerate revenue growth
What Will Convince Us
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
Several years of experience in pricing, commercial excellence, consulting or sales
Expert knowledge of pricing methodologies, value-based pricing and monetization strategies
Proven track record implementing global pricing strategies and pricing transformation initiatives
Experience designing pricing frameworks, governance models and operating processes in complex multinational organizations
Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to translate data into commercial recommendations
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills in cross-functional environments
Demonstrated business acumen with a customer and value-creation mindset
Fluent in English
