Poster: Enhancing Human T-cell mRNA Transfection Efficiency
Last updated: March 2025
Overview
Among the various strategies used to deploy T-cells for therapeutic benefit, chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cells stand out. Despite this success, the effective manipulation of T-cells for both research and therapeutic purposes remains a challenge.
Optimizing gene-delivery strategies for T-cells is crucial for enhancing their therapeutic potential. This study investigates the use of jetMESSENGER® transfection reagent to enhance mRNA transfection efficiency in T-cells, focusing on key cellular parameters.
Our scientists utilized bioanalytical tools, including the Incucyte® Live-Cell Analysis System and the iQue® High-Throughput Screening (HTS) Cytometry Platform, to systematically evaluate the transfection process to identify optimal conditions for T-cell proliferation and functionality.
