You can trade in any pipette brand or model—there’s no restriction on manufacturer, model year, or condition. This includes older and non-working pipettes as long as they are decontaminated and shipped back properly with the required form.
Yes. The program accepts pipettes from any manufacturer—there are no brand restrictions. Whether your pipettes are from Sartorius, Eppendorf, Rainin, Gilson, or another supplier, they’re eligible for trade-in.
You can upgrade to a wide range of Sartorius pipettes, including:

Sartorius pipette trade-ins are subject to these terms and conditions:
- The number of replacement pipettes ordered must be the same as the number of pipettes returned.
- Pipettes must be returned according to provided instructions and with filled decontamination form.
- Pipette trade-in discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
- Old pipettes must be returned to Sartorius within 30 days after receiving replacement pipettes.
- If old pipettes are not returned, the order will be recalculated with list price and a new invoice will be issued.
