Enhancing CLD with Predictive Data Modeling

With the right AI and ML methods, you can make it easier to select high-producing clones in early stages and increase the efficiency of your cell line development. The CellCelector™ platform automates your efforts, and is designed to be easy to adapt, optimize, train, and transfer.

Learn how it can enhance your CLD in our upcoming webinar.

What Will You Learn:

  1. Meet the CellCelector™ system, a new clone-selection technology.
  2. Apply ML methods and regression models using MVDA.
  3. Simplify the deployment of complex data analytics using SIMCA.

Ali Safari

Data Scientist

Ali Safari has been working for Sartorius since Jan 2021, where he is today Data Scientist for Cell line and Media Testing solutions. He earned his engineering degree at the “University of Erlangen/Nürnberg” in Germany and continued in the same university doing a PhD in simulation of biological systems. As of 2021, he has been working as a data scientist in product development of CMTS Ulm with a focus on providing data analytics solutions for cell line development and media optimization. As an active member of task forces in PD Ulm he is supporting the creation of data analytics platforms in different projects supporting cell line and media development and raw material evaluation for media testing.

Kristin Thiele

Manager Molecular Science and Cell Line Technology

Kristin Thiele is manager in Product Development specialized on Molecular Science and Cell line Technologies at the Sartorius Cell Culture Technology Center in Ulm, Germany. Before joining Sartorius in 2016, Kristin earned her degree in Biotechnology at the “ Beuth University of Science” in Berlin and has worked on the development of various cell lines for the production of viruses and antibodies for more than 15 years. She has many years of experience in the areas of molecular biology, vector design, cell line development, single cell cloning and cell engineering . Her team is focusing on the continuous improvement and development of new cell line development platform strategies to generate high performing CHO DG44 cell lines for the biopharmaceutical market.
