After a complete redesign of the Sartorius portfolio for vacuum filtration units in the volume range from 150 mL to 1000 mL to improve sustainability, ergonomics and effectiveness, we are happy to introduce the redesigned Sartolab® RF 50 and the addition of two non-sterile versions for 50 mL volumes.
In comparison to the sterile individually packaged versions, these bulk versions present the following advantages:
- 48% less cardboard and paper (2.2 kg vs 4.2 kg for the sterile versions)
- 18% less plastic packaging material (1.0 kg vs 1.2 kg for the sterile versions)
- Time saving: Opening of one pouch per 6 filters
- Space & waste saving: Compact cardboard of 96 filter units, no extra vacuum connectors
Last but not least, the full Sartolab® RF | BT portfolio is produced in a plant using 100% wind energy, a further contribution to protect our environment.
