Ambr® 250 High Throughput Perfusion Basic User Training
Enroll in our training course and become a competent user of our Ambr® multi-parallel bioreactors, specifically the Ambr® 250 High Throughput Perfusion. By completing the training, you will gain knowledge of the general set-up of the Ambr® 250 High Throughput Perfusion system and the software used to manage it to design, create and run your own experiments. Additionally, you have the opportunity to discuss your current problems and questions from your own lab during or after the course or seminar.
Please note that this in-person training requires the completion of an online, self-paced pre-learning course. The pre-learning course takes approximately 4 hours and can be completed at your own pace online.
Who Should Attend:
Scientists and technicians who are new to use the Ambr® 250 High Throughput Perfusion system. The aim of this course is to provide a comprehensive introduction to the Ambr® 250 High Throughput Perfusion software and enable new users to design and create their own experiments. Attendees will also learn about best practices of caring for their system.
Course Overview:
You will learn about:
- Experimental design, planning and process writing, including the Ambr® 250 Design of Experiments (DoE) software
- System operation including calibrations and pH offsets, inoculation steps, feed strategies
- Sampling and use of some integrated analyzers
- Data import/export, Results Viewer, data management
- Best practice for cleaning and maintaining the system to ensure safe and efficient system operation
- Upon completion of this training course you should be able to write and run a basic perfusion process on your Ambr® 250 High Throughput Perfusion system
