Third Year Running: Sartorius Among Forbes' World's Top Companies For Women
This article is posted on Sartorius Blog.
Forbes partnered with market research company Statista to survey around 120,000 women working for multinational corporations in more than 36 countries to rank the 400 "World's Top Companies for Women".
Sartorius is included for the third time in a row, ranking around the middle at 203rd place, further improving its position compared to previous years. The survey supports women in finding employers offering a healthy work-life balance, fair pay and benefits, career development opportunities, and a supportive environment.
The ranking was published for the fifth time and is based on three criteria:
- In the Employer Brand Score, women answered their willingness to recommend their employer to friends and families, and rated their employer and other companies on both general workplace practices as well as specific gender-related topics.
- Public perception was measured via a women-only survey that focused on companies’ reputations for gender equality.
- The Leadership Score measured the representation of women in CEO, board and executive committee roles.
5,245 women work at Sartorius sites around the globe.
