In partnership with market research company Statista, Forbes Magazine surveyed 300,000 employees from multinational corporations in over 50 countries to determine which ones excel in salary, talent development, remote working options and various other factors.
Participants were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their employers to friends and family. They could also evaluate other employers they are familiar with, based on their industry knowledge and insights from friends and family employed there. The survey responses were analyzed and aggregated with data from the past three years, giving more weight to recent data and feedback from current employees.
The 850 companies with the highest scores earned a place on the final list.

Sartorius has been also been recognized in Forbes' ranking of the top 400 companies for women, based on insights from around 100,000 women worldwide! This year, the company ranked among the top 250.
The ranking was published for the fourth time and is based on three criteria: In the Employer Brand Score, women rated their employer and other companies on gender-related topics. Public perception was measured via a women-only survey that focused on companies’ reputations for gender equality. The Leadership Score measured the representation of women in CEO, board and executive committee roles.
