Field Account Manager Lab Equipments - Ouest France
We are looking for a Field Account Manager to join our Sales Department - Laboratory Process Solutions (LPS) Business. The region to be covered for this position is the West of France : Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Pays de la Loire, Centre Val de Loire. As part of the Sales South of France team, you will develop and build customer loyalty for your portfolio of distributors and end customers.
Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
Promote and sell the organization's products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range (lab weighting instruments ,lab water systems ,Filtration ,microbiology and liquid handling systems and consumables) to achieve sales and revenue target
Assess and analyze customer needs, respond to customer enquiries and suggest products and services as appropriate
Work closely with cross functional team to create higher market perception and successful strategies to gain business from an account
Coordinate and participate in marketing activities in assigned territory
Frequently assess the potential of each customer and plan to realize it into business
Manage and build strong customer relationships for long term partnership
What will convince us
Bachelor degree with Biology or Chemistry specialty
Experience with Pharmceuticals, Biotechs, industries and Academics segments
3 years of experience minimum in a similar position (Direct sales or distribution)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, energetic, results oriented, hard working
Good teamwork skills and proven ability to also work with cross-functional teams
Willingness and ability to travel frequently in your perimeter
Fluent oral and written communication in English
PC Literate
