• In this position, you will be responsible for developing innovative products and process designs that meet the high demands of our customers

• You will also be responsible for downstream system development projects, for single-use flow kits

• Moreover, you will lead an interdisciplinary, international project team as a technical sub-project manager for the development of single-use flow kits

• You are responsible for ensuring that project results are provided and presented in the highest quality on time

• Furthermore, you will also be responsible for promoting the successful integration of new Sartorius acquisitions through cross-company cooperation

• You will also be involved in supporting all phases of product development, including concept, design, risk assessment, prototyping and testing

• Establish and maintain strong networks with internal and external stakeholders, including product management and application specialists round off your range of tasks

 What will convince us

• Successfully completed engineering studies with a focus on biotechnology, process engineering or comparable

• We require relevant experience in downstream processing (preferably biopharmaceutical industry), ideally in product development with a sound understanding of the product life cycle

• You have an understanding of “Good Manufacturing Practice” (GMP) and regulatory standards in the pharmaceutical sector

• You have in-depth project management experience in classic and agile methods

• Practical experience with single-use systems is an advantage

• Strong problem-solving skills combined with a hands-on way of working are a matter of course for you

• Excellent communication and networking skills as well as initial experience in leading international teams define your profile

• Fluency in German and English is a must
