The Sartoflow® Advanced is a modular benchtop tangential flow filtration (TFF) system optimized for ultrafiltration and diafiltration applications used in many downstream processes, such as purification of vaccines, monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins. The system is suitable for flexible use in laboratory environments for process development and clinical trials as well as small batch cGMP production.

- Ideal for both process development and small-scale production
- Can accept either Sartocon® Slice or full-sized Sartocon® cassettes for a wide range of membrane surface areas
- Stainless steel recirculation tank or single-use bags
- Touch screen control interface
- Full compatibility to BioPAT® MFCS software
