Developing a high-yield AAV production platform with DOE and automated bioreactors

Developing scalable AAV manufacturing processes requires efficient optimization across multiple process parameters. This poster explores how DOE and automated, single-use bioreactors can accelerate process development, increase AAV2 yield, and support scale-up. We also show how the optimized approach achieved up to a 70-fold yield improvement while maintaining product quality.
