Lucie Clavel

Product Manager,  Fill & Finish

Lucie Clavel has been working for Sartorius since 2021, where she is Product Manager for Fill and Finish applications. She earned her engineering biotechnological degree at the INSA school in France. Lucie has 8 years of experience at Sanofi as Production Manager for monoclonal antibodies in Paris and Avignon. 

Paolo Saccà

Field Account Project Manager

Dr. Paolo Saccà holds a degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology from the University of Pisa. Following a brief tenure as a researcher at the same institution, during which he published in the European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, he embarked on his professional journey as the Head of Aseptic Filling and Freeze-Drying Departments at Menarini Farmaceutici in Florence, a role he held for five years. He then transitioned to the radiopharmaceutical sector, serving as Production Manager at Nycomed Amersham Sorin in Saluggia, Vercelli, for nine months. Dr. Saccà subsequently entered the biopharmaceutical industry as a Pharmaceutical Production Manager at Kedrion Biopharma in Bolognana, Lucca, where he spent nearly 16 years overseeing aseptic filling, freeze-drying, visual inspection, and secondary packaging departments. 

 In June 2016, Dr. Saccà joined Sartorius as a Strategic Accounts Project Manager and Final Filling Specialist. In addition to his technical and sales responsibilities, since 2020, he has been contributing to two post-bachelor second-level University Master's Degree programs in "cGMP Compliance & Validation in the Pharmaceutical Industry" at the University of Pavia and the University of Padova. 

Dickson Chee

Product Specialist, Fill & Finish, Asia

Dickson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (2016). He has published research in Molecular Therapy and Scientific Reports. After graduation, Dickson worked as a Biotechnologist at Shire Singapore and later became a shift team deputy. He then joined Takeda Singapore as an Operational Specialist, focusing on business excellence and process improvement. 

In November 2021, he joined Sartorius as APAC Engineer to Order Project Leader, designing custom single-use solutions and ensuring GMP compliance. In 2025, he became the Asia Fill Finish Product Specialist, supporting stakeholders and leading the business strategy for the fill finish portfolio in Asia. 

Dickson is also Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and PMP certified. 

Mathias Taillebois

Product Specialist, Fill Finish, EMEA

Mathias Taillebois holds a master’s degree in Biotechnologies from École Nationale Supérieure de Technologie des Biomolécules de Bordeaux (ENSTBB) in France. He joined Sartorius in 2015 as an engineering-to-order project leader, where he was responsible for industrializing customized single-use solutions for customers worldwide. 

In 2017, he transitioned to a role as a Field Application Specialist for Fluid Management Technologies,) presenting Sartorius fluid management portfolio and organizing trials and training for customers, primarily in Italy.  

Since 2021, Mathias has been the Product Specialist for Fill & Finish in  EMEA. In this role, he supports Sartorius sSales teams in the field and maintains relationships with key players in the fill and finish field (including isolators and filling line and component manufacturers) to efficiently coordinate fill and finish projects.
