Wednesday, March 25, 2026
Session 1: 10 a.m. CET | 2:30 p.m. IST | 5 p.m. HKT
Session 2: 8 a.m. PST | 11 a.m. EST | 5 p.m. CET
This webinar introduces an integrated single-use capacitance solution developed by Sartorius and Aber for Ambr® 250 HT. The webinar will discuss its role in enabling robust and scalable process intensification approaches as well as advanced and precise biomass-based process monitoring and feedback control.
We will outline the principle of capacitance measurement and demonstrate how you can reliably monitor biomass and viable cell density across batch, fed-batch, and high cell-density perfusion processes, and apply these techniques for advanced high resolution process control applications.
Key use cases will include batch fingerprinting, continuous perfusion bioprocessing, advanced control strategies for CHO based therapeutical proteins, and viral-vector and vaccine development. In addition to showcasing its versatility across scales, we will highlight how capacitance can serve as a robust performance indicator for successful scale-up.
What You Will Learn:
- Understand capacitance-based viable cell monitoring in Ambr® 250 HT bioprocesses.
- Learn how capacitance supports scalable process intensification and scale-up.
- See how capacitance enables automatic process feedback control strategies.
