On-Demand Webinar | Boosting protein production with rational CHO host cell engineering

In this on-demand webinar, discover how engineered CHO host cells can enhance clone productivity. Traditional optimization strategies focus on vectors, media, or bioprocess conditions, but far fewer approaches target the host cell itself.

Sartorius applied a rational engineering strategy to enhance CHO host expression capabilities in its CHO cell line development platform, enabling high-performing production clones for biopharmaceutical manufacturing

What You Will Learn:

  1. Discover how host cell engineering delivers more productive CHO cells.
  2. Explore how targeted gene knockouts improve and de‑risk CLD.
  3. Learn how engineered CHO hosts increase stability from CLD to scale-up.
