Miriam Monge 

Head of Marketing, Fluid Management Technologies 

Miriam Monge is head of marketing for fluid management technologies at Sartorius. She started her career during the pioneering phase of single-use technologies at Stedim Biosystems. During this time Miriam drove industry advocacy for single-use systems notably founding the ISPE disposables community of practice and leading task forces presenting on Single-use technologies to the FDA.

Miriam has authored over 30 publications on single-use technologies and is a long-term editorial advisor for Bioprocess International.

Martine Guicherd 

Head of Customer Supply Program 

Martine Guicherd joined Sartorius in 2000, where she is head of the customer supply program. She studied entrepreneurial and international management at Emlyon Business School.  

Martine built the customer supply program in 2011 to help ensure security of supply. With her team, Martine aims to raise customer experience with best-in-class service and specific supply solutions wherever needed. 


Alexis Destrez

Head of Operations Network Strategy 

Alexis Destrez joined Sartorius in 2016 as Production Manager. He earned his master’s degree in Engineering at Ecole Centrale Paris and began his career as consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.

In 2022, he was promoted to Head of Operations Network Strategy for the Bioprocess Division. His mission is to develop a robust & efficient network, focusing on continuous improvement, technology transfers and expansions.
