On-Demand Webinar | Complex Antibody Expression - Challenge Accepted

The shift from classical antibodies toward bi- multispecifics and complex biologics presents a challenge to established cell line development platforms, calling for innovative strategies tailored to these advanced products. Here, we illustrate how Sartorius’ CHO Cell Line Development Service delivers stable cell lines with the desired product quality and high titers. We achieve this by employing an integrated toolbox approach, leveraging automation and data modeling to select the best clones for CHO production cell lines.

In this on-demand webinar, our cell line development expert will present several case studies of successfully implemented customized solutions for complex biologics, with results that fulfilled or exceeded customers’ expectations.

What You Will Learn:

  1. Why non-classical antibodies can be demanding for cell line development
  2. How our CHO Cell Line Development Platform overcomes these challenges
  3. About case studies that demonstrate the successful application of Sartorius’ toolbox approach
