Tender of Annual Audit

Sartorius Stedim Biotech S.A., Aubagne, France, hereby tenders the mandate for the annual and consolidated financial statements including the management report as of the 2027 fiscal year. The tender further includes the audit of annual financial statements of selected consolidated subsidiaries and the review of the half-year financial statements.

Please also let us know the contact person you have appointed, including the contact address for the entire tendering process.

Participation in the tender requires the independence of the auditors. After expiry of this deadline, further documents will be provided to the interested parties.
