Michael Grosse to become Chief Executive Officer of Sartorius AG

At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of Sartorius AG resolved to appoint Dr. Michael Grosse as member of the Executive Board and Chief Executive Officer of the company with effect from July 1, 2025, for a term of three years. Dr. Joachim Kreuzburg, CEO since more than 20 years, had announced in July 2024 that he will not seek a further extension of his contract, which runs until November 2025, and will continue to lead Sartorius until mid-2025.
