How to Request a Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your registration, please go to "View and manage your order" at the bottom of your confirmation e-mail to enter your Eventbrite account. In your account, you can "Request a Refund". Ensure that you provide all the necessary details to process your request efficiently.
Refund Policy:
If we receive your cancellation request before or on October 12, 2026, you will be eligible for a full refund of your registration fee. The refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving your request.
Cancellations After October 12, 2026 or No-Shows:
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations received after October 12, 2026, or for participants who do not attend the event without prior notice. This policy helps us manage event logistics and commitments effectively.
Sartorius' Right to Cancel:
Sartorius reserves the right to cancel a participant's registration at our discretion. In such cases, we will notify the participant as soon as possible and provide a full refund of the registration fee.
