Sales Support
The Sales Support Specialist supports the Lead‑to‑Order (L2O) process by executing and coordinating all sales‑related administrative and operational activities. The role acts as a key interface between Sales, customers, and internal stakeholders, with a strong focus on Salesforce (SFDC), data quality, process compliance, and efficient handling of pre‑order sales activities.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Support the Lead‑to‑Order process through administrative handling of leads, opportunities, and cases in Salesforce (SFDC)
- Administer Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and prepare quotations in coordination with Sales
- Support Tender Management by coordinating and completing tender documentation
- Manage Demo Equipment and sampling administration
- Coordinate and track questionnaires and customer information requests
- Maintain price lists and sales‑related reference data
- Create and maintain customer master data in relevant systems
- Prepare and maintain sales reports based on SFDC and related tools
- Support Lead & Case Management, including tracking, documentation, and data quality
- Contribute to special projects and cooperate with Business Improvement initiatives
Qualification & Skills:
- Degree in Business Administration or a comparable commercial qualification
- 2–3 years of professional experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or a similar role
- Solid understanding of the Lead‑to‑Order process
- Strong experience with Salesforce (SFDC); SAP / CPQ knowledge is an advantage
- High attention to detail, strong service orientation, and structured working style
- Analytical mindset with reporting and data management skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international, cross‑functional environment
- Fluent in English; Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage / preferred
