Design of Experiments-Guided Optimization of Sartobind® Rapid A mAb Capture Achieves Resin-Like Buffer Efficiency
Membrane chromatography offers high productivity for mAb capture but typically requires higher buffer volumes than resin-based processes. In this application note, a DoE approach was applied to Sartobind® Rapid A to reduce wash buffer consumption to resin-comparable levels while maintaining host cell DNA and protein clearance. The optimized conditions were scalable and delivered higher productivity with lower cost of goods.
