Optimizing AAV Production Through Scalable Process Development
AAV manufacturing faces challenges including low yields, high variability, and scale-up limitations. This application note presents a scalable upstream process for AAV8 production, developed in collaboration with Matica Biotechnology, using integrated bioreactor platforms and advanced analytics.
