Fast Draining of Large-Volume Flexsafe® Bags
This application note examines the feasibility of fast-draining operations using Flexsafe® Pro Mixer Bags with Braided Tuflux® SIL tubing and a Quattroflow™ QF10k pump. Using single-tubing and Y-piece configurations, we evaluated draining performance, pressure behavior, and material durability under defined flow parameters. A recirculation test was also conducted to assess system integrity under sustained flow stress conditions.
