Obtaining a high concentration and significant proportion of full recombinant adeno-associated virus (rAAV) capsids during production is important for the success of the entire AAV bioprocess. Analysis of complex process samples challenged and typically involves a combination of analytical methodologies, such as PCR and ELISA. However, this approach is neither comprehensive enough and frequently more labor-intensive due to workflow complexity limitations. The PATfix^® AAV Switcher, an automated yet orthogonal analytical tool, was developed.
