All Information except the uploaded documents will be stored for 30 days in your browser until you send out the complaint form or delete your cookies.
After having send your details you will receive a copy of your complaint form and our complaint coordination team will get in contact with you within 2 working days.
If you have an issue with an Instrument and require service or in case of transport issues please follow the current process and get in contact with our local Sartorius site.
Please note that samples shall not be returned without authorization from Sartorius.
