Jaquelene Schuster-Yeo

Lab Team Lead & Customer Liaison

Jaquelene Shuster-Yeo is a Particle Validation Standards Team Leader and Customer Liaison at Sartorius, and has worked for the company since 2020. She earned her bachelor of science at Eastern Michigan University in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA.  

Jaquelene has almost 10 years of experience working with the Particle Validation product line. She started her career as a lab technician, working in the particle validation lab and creating the kits. As a subject matter expert in this area, she works with customers globally to ensure Sartorius kits are produced according to the customers' needs. 

Klaus Wormuth

Principal Scientist

Klaus Wormuth is a Principal Scientist at Sartorius and a global subject matter expert on particulate matter in pharmaceutical processes. He earned his PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington. 

Since joining Sartorius in 2015, he has supported product development, quality, operations, and marketing efforts with scientific and technical expertise. Currently, his focus is on strategies for improvement, visual inspection processes, and technical support for the particle analysis lab in product development. In addition, he is active in industry organizations, including Biophorum, BPSA, and PDA, and is a task group leader for the development of multiple standards within the ASTM E55 committee.  

Klaus has 36 years of R&D experience in a variety of fields, primarily in characterization methods for particles, coatings,  and drug delivery medical devices, and, most recently, single-use technologies.
