On-Demand Webinar | Boost Process Efficiency with Our New mAb Optimized TFF Cassette
The continuous advancement in monoclonal antibody processes is driving the need for higher final product concentrations, challenging the performance limits of existing TFF consumables. Modern processing demands require high throughput at moderate pump rates, alongside superior cleanability and stable performance. The new Sartocon® Q Hydrosart® 30 kDa mAb cassette, optimized for mAb processing, was rigorously evaluated to meet these criteria. An mAb-optimized 30 kDa membrane combined with a new screen type was assessed for multiple performance aspects, including processable viscosities, flux/ pressure drop profiles, protein retention, and flux performance. These evaluations were conducted using various protein and antibody solutions. Scalability was proven through mAb data, ensuring the cassette's suitability for advanced applications. Additionally, factors impacting usability and sustainability, such as cleanability and pre- and post-usage times, were examined.
