Workshop Overview:
- Introduction to Kinetics Theory: Get to grips with the basics.
- Important reminders about Kinetics: Review important concepts for rational design of key kinetic experiments.
- Hands-on Assay Design and Optimization: Design and run optimization, affinity and regeneration experiments in small groups on our Octet R8 instruments.
- Octet® Discovery Software: Design and create experiment methods on your own laptop.
- Octet® Analysis Studio Software - Data analysis: After running your experiments analyze and quality check your data.
- Troubleshooting Kinetic assays: throughout the workshop we will discuss what can go wrong using real examples.
