This training is primarily directed towards operators, production personnel, process engineers, scientists, and those requiring an overall knowledge on how to use Ksep® 400 for cell harvesting and media clarification in the areas of cell therapy manufacturing, recombinant protein therapies, vaccine manufacturing, and blood processing.
What You Will Learn
Upon completion of this VR experience, you will learn how to use Ksep® 400 for cell harvesting or media clarification. This training includes following modules:
- Installing Single-Use Chamber Set
- Installing Single-Use Tubing Set
How You Will Learn
You will use a VR (virtual reality) headset and controllers to complete the training steps and interact with your colleagues.
This training has two interactive training modes:
- Self-guided training
- Assessment

The Ksep® 400 Virtual Reality Training has two interactive training modules that allow you to practice your skills:
The self-guided training mode provides flexibility for operators, enabling them to learn at their own pace, from anywhere in the world. Guiding elements such as highlights, animations, voiceovers and in-text instructions guide the trainees throughout the training by giving detailed information on the training steps.
The assessment mode enables operators to assess their knowledge and skills. There are no guiding elements in the assessment mode. A completion certificate can be downloaded upon completion.

For using Sartorius virtual reality trainings, you need:
• A Virtual Reality (VR) headset that is compatible with the VR training software.
• A computer or device that meets the minimum requirements for running the VR training software.
• A stable internet connection to download and access the VR training software.
• A physical room where you have enough space.
Sartorius does not provide VR hardware. You can rent VR hardware from our external service provider realworld one or any other VR hardware provider.
A virtual reality onboarding covering how to use controllers, how to navigate and interact in the virtual environment, as well as technical set-up is provided from our external service provider realworld one without any fees upon your purchase of the Sartorius Virtual Reality Training Subscription Plan. In addition, you also have an option to purchase on-site VR support services from realworld one. The terms and conditions of realworld one apply here, and it is subject to a fee. You will be directed to realworld one upon their interest in the offering.

You can select between Trial Subscription Plan (4-week subscription) and Annual Subscription Plan (one year subscription).
For the Biowelder® TC VR training module, you will receive 8 named user licenses, regardless of the subscription plan you choose. The Flexsafe® Pro Mixer VR training module includes 5 named user licenses. For the Biostat STR® 200L and Ksep® 400 VR training modules, you will receive 4 named user licenses each.
