The aim of this course is to provide you with state-of-the-art knowledge of the use of Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) in the biopharmaceutical industry.
It consists of two different modules, which can be booked separately.

Theoretical aspects:
- Scale-up
- Integrity Testing
- Recovery process: Harvesting of product and draining of the system after filtration
- Multi-use vs. single-use
- Steaming-in-place (SIP) (optional)
- Use of cassettes and holders of different suppliers
Practical exercises:
- Integrity testing
- Efficient harvesting and draining of system
