Sartorius Customer Service Order Information

Online Orders
To place an online order with Sartorius, please follow the steps below:
- Already registered? Continue to Sign in. Still need to register? Sign up Now.
- Use the search bar to look up a product or SKU (item code) or browse products by category you are planning to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.
- To proceed with your order, click on the cart icon found at the top right of the eShop page.
- Review your items and proceed by selecting “Check out”.
- Select your payment type, shipping address / method, review and click “Place Order”.

Order Status
Track and trace your orders via the My Sartorius portal.
- Already registered? Continue to Sign In. Still need to register? Create Your Sartorius ID to access now.
- After submitting an order, you can track its journey by signing into your account and activating the "My Orders" function within your dashboard.
- You can get access to your "Order Status" by simply entering the customer and order numbers to track the status of your orders in real-time, get relevant information, and view the order history.

Product Availability
To begin your search, you can either:
- Enter an item code, product name, product category or a keyword into the top right search bar.
- Browse our portfolio within our Sartorius eShop.
To check availability:
- Click on the desired product, and the availability status along with the estimated delivery date will be displayed below the price detail.

Orders: Cancel, Claims & Returns
To cancel or return an order with Sartorius, please follow the terms and conditions below:
- No order which has been accepted by Sartorius may be canceled or returned by the customer except with the agreement in writing by Sartorius and on terms that the customer shall indemnify Sartorius in full against all loss (including loss of profit), costs (including the cost of all labor and materials used), damages, charges, and expenses incurred by Sartorius as a result of cancellation or return.
- In case the cancellation or return was agreed upon between the customer and Sartorius, the following fees will apply:

- Return requests must be made within 30 days after Sartorius shipment date, and products must be in their original packaging.
