Tender of Annual Audit

Sartorius AG, Göttingen and Sartorius Stedim Biotech S.A., Aubagne, France hereby tender the mandate in each case for the annual and consolidated financial statements including the combined management reports as of the 2024 fiscal year. The tender further includes the audit of annual financial statements of selected consolidated subsidiaries, the review of the half-year financial statements, the audit of the sustainability reports as well as the audit of the remuneration report of Sartorius AG.

Auditors (m/f/d) and auditing firms may indicate their interest in the tender by contacting the central e-mail address audit.tender@sartorius.com until June 30, 2023, 18:00 CEST. Please also let us know the contact person you have appointed, including the contact address for the entire tendering process.

Participation in the tender requires the independence of the auditors (m/f/d). After expiry of this deadline, further documents will be provided to the interested parties.
