Resolutions of the Annual Shareholders' Meeting of Sartorius Stedim Biotech S.A.

Aubagne, April 4, 2017 – At today’s Annual General Shareholders' Meeting (AGM) of Sartorius Stedim Biotech S.A. in Aubagne, France, shareholders passed the resolution to pay a dividend of €0.42 net per share for fiscal 2016. The previous year’s dividend, adjusted for the stock split that was implemented in June 2016, was €0.33. The total profit distributed will therefore rise by 26.0% from €30.7 million to €38.7 million.
