For the BPM Customer Engagement area, we are looking for a Business Process Expert – Lead to Order (L2O) (x|f|m) for Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH. You don’t just want to analyze processes – you want to actively transform them? In this role, you will help shape the Lead-to-Order process landscape at Sartorius – with plenty of creative freedom, international impact, and a strong team by your side. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work model, combining remote work with on-site presence at our Göttingen campus.

  • Analyze existing business processes in the Lead to Order area and develop future-proof solutions in close collaboration with relevant departments

  • Take ownership of planning, executing, and managing process optimization projects, including communication and coordination of all involved stakeholders

  • Create process documentation and decision templates to support strategic initiatives

  • Support the implementation and further development of process management tools and systems, contributing to the optimization of our system landscape

  • Monitor and evaluate process performance using relevant KPIs and derive actionable recommendations

  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on new processes and toolsbecoming a true enabler within the organization

What will convince us

  • A successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification

  • Solid knowledge of the Lead-to-Order process landscape and a strong understanding of the interfaces between Sales, Order Management, and System Integration

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in process consulting or project management, ideally in an international corporate environment

  • Proven experience in leading projects, ideally with certification (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2)

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) as well as traditional project approaches

  • Proficient in working with Salesforce.com (SFDC) – SAP knowledge is a plus

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders

  • A passion for driving change and exploring new paths

  • Fluent English skills and experience working in an international environment

  • Willingness to travel globally, depending on project needs
