The Executive Board manages and represents the company on its own responsibility with the objective of achieving the defined corporate goals. In collaboration with the Supervisory Board, the Executive Board defines the Group’s strategy and controls the distribution of resources within the organization. It conducts business in accordance with the legal provisions, the company's Articles of Association and the Rules of Procedure for the Supervisory Board and cooperates with the other corporate bodies of the company in a spirit of trust. The Executive Board of Sartorius AG currently consists of 4 members.
