What do you know about monoclonal antibody (mAb) binding specificity? Take the quiz and find out!

Antibody specificity is dependent on several variables, such as chemical composition, physical forces, and molecular structure at the binding site. Recently, therapeutic antibodies have proven one of the most successful treatment strategies for both hematologic cancers and solid tumors.

How do mAbs identify the right antigen to bind? What do you remember about antibody binding specificity? Take our quiz now!

Answer all the questions correctly and be automatically entered in our raffle to win the best-selling book The Breakthrough: Immunotherapy and the Race to Cure Cancer by Charles Graeber.

The League of Consulting Detectives (LoCD) is an agency made up of detectives that Sherlock Holmes, founder and president of LoCD, calls monoclonal antibodies (mAbs). The detectives think this is strange, but Sherlock is the best and he’s got a system, so they just go with it. Immuno-oncology researchers often use LoCD when they need to apprehend criminals (Sherlock calls them cancer cells because he thinks “criminal” is inflammatory). Again, he’s got a system. Sherlock’s system may seem familiar to you. Test yourself and find out!
