Head of Sales (Non-Pharma, Data Analytics), Europe

Great opportunity to lead our global sales strategy and team for our Data Analytics division. Based from home, any European coutry.

General information: This is a high-profile role within our Data Analytics business that will be leading our expansion in a range of industries, mainly focussing on Chemicals and FCMG. You will define and implement the sales strategy for our business development on short and long term basis, positioning us in the marketplace and increasing our market share. In addition, you will be leading a team of sales executives and data scientists in order to drive sales with existing accounts and further develop the business.

This role can be based in any European county. You will be working from home and regularly travelling.

About the position: Defining the sales strategy, identifying specific vertical market segments and go to market approach

Leading execution of the strategy

Driving sales and coordinating activities with our key account management teams across the business as well as with regional data scientist team

Establish strong relationships with external customers and across our business

Negotiating strategic customer engagement agreements

Monitor activities across different accounts and ensuring appropriate strategies are formulated and communicated to the relevant internal stakeholders

Monitor progress of the pipeline and taking appropriate actions
About you: Strong experience in a strategic sales role in Data Analytics arena based on value based selling

Educated to a degree level or higher

Strategic thinker with a previous background in driving sales in targeted markets (chemicals and FCMG)

Proven leadership experience in managing sales teams and technical experts

Strategic sales and large key account management experience

Very driven and results focused

Strong team player and relationship builder

Capable of influencing people at all levels

Proficient negotiator
