BioPAT® Fundalux 12mm for 5 & 10L OPL 10mm

The BioPAT® Fundalux probe has a 12 mm probe connection, an optical path lenght of 10mm and an insertion length of 325 mm. The BioPAT®Fundalux probe is an absorption-based photometric probe that uses light from 840 nm to 910 nm to measure the turbidity in bioreactors and fermenters. This probe is applicable for a 5L and a 10L Univessel®.

The BioPAT® Fundalux measuring system is designed for turbidity and total biomass measurement in the culture vessels of the bioreactors type Biostat® from Sartorius Stedim Systems GmbH. BioPAT® Fundalux probes precisely measure cell growth | total biomass as a function of absorption. The sensors are available in a selection of optical path lengths of 1,5 and 10 mm.

The measuring range of concentration units is 0 - 0.5 to 4. The measuring range of OD 590 | 600 is 0 to 250. The measuring range of g/L WCW is 0 to 180.
