    • Flexsafe®, Flexboy® and Flexel® Tray and Rack systems are designed to facilitate the handling of either individual or multiple Flexsafe®, Flexboy® and Flexel® single-use bioprocessing bags (5L - 50L) within biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

    Flexsafe®, Flexboy® and Flexel® Tray and Rack systems are designed to support Flexsafe®, Flexboy® and Flexel® bags for the reliable processing and transfer of a wide range of biopharmaceutical fluids in applications such as:

    • Buffer and media storage
    • Bulk harvest
    • Product pooling
    • Fraction collection
    • Sample collection
    • Bulk intermediate hold
    • Final product transport

    Flexibility

    The adaptable Tray and Rack system offers the possibility to expand the system according to process needs. Swivel wheels integrated in the rack allow one or more Flexsafe®, Flexboy® and Flexel® bags to be easily moved around the facility. Specialized rack systems focused on specific applications are available on request.

    Reliability

    A smooth finish and integrated handles make the system both user-friendly and reliable. If needed, additional modules can be stacked on top of each other.
