Cell Insights by Umetrics® Studio is an in-silico bioreactor simulation application. With this solution you can combine in-vitro experiments with in-silico simulations conducted in a virtual bioreactor to speed up upstream process development. With the virtual bioreactor you can choose the best perfusion cell line without having to perform multiple in-vitro experiments. You can also save time by using hybrid modelling to understand how process parameter adjustments impact cell growth, metabolism, and productivity. Further, by relying on in-silico simulations you may estimate how perfusion media composition and exchange rates impact cell growth to quickly design optimal perfusion.
