Sartocon® ECO - Hydrosart® and Polyethersulfone Ultrafiltration Cassettes

Hydrosart and Polyethersulfone Ultrafilter Membrane Materials are the viable alternative to currently available membranes in terms of:

  • Stability under high concentrations of NaOH (1M) required for robust validation of cleaning, sanitization and control of pyrogen.
  • Proven stability of Membranes under multiple cleaning cycles will adopt reduction of operating costs (high re-use number).
  • Significant feed flow improvement due to optimized flow geometry construction (lower the recirculation rate)
  • Both membrane materials eases direct replacement into existing UF/DF Systems based on Sartocon® ECO design
