Unisart® 0.45 µm Nitrocellulose Membrane rolls have been optimized for blotting and immunoassays by combining a high protein binding capacity with outstanding homogeneity of membrane surface and structure. The 0.45 µm Unisart® membrane rolls are well suited for a wide range of western blotting conditions and ideal for transfer of proteins >10 kDa.

Reliable Results

  • High membrane surface area for high binding capacity and no sample loss
  • High homogeneity of membrane surface and structure intra- and inter-lot lead to sharp line or dot printing and ensure reproducible results
  • Exceptionally low background allowing longer exposure time and better results
  • High ratio of pores allow for a fast flow through the membrane

Easy Handling

  • High membrane stability for fast and easy processing
  • Optimized for all protein blotting systems, such as electrotransfer, semi-dry or simple capillary blotting
  • Easy dispensing with contact and non-contact equipment
