The SARTOFLOW® Study will prove to be your best assistant in ultra- and diafiltration applications. It will assist you by conveniently displaying interactive prompts for easy guidance through entire sequences that will enable you to be more productive during the purification of monoclonal antibodies, vaccines or protein solutions. Hydrosart® high performance membrane is a stabilized cellulose based membrane that has been optimized for biopharmaceutical process applications. Hydrosart® is stable across a broad pH range, is extremely hydrophilic, making it non-protein binding, and virtually non-fouling. Membrane cleaning, storage and depyrogenation can be accomplished by using NaOH even at elevated temperatures and concentrations. These features make Hydrosart® an ideal membrane for biological applications.
Hydrosart® membranes are extremely hydrophilic, making it non-protein binding and virtually non-fouling. Hydrosart® mikrofiltration cassettes are available in 0.2 µm and 0.45 µm.
Polyethersulfone membranes (PESU) are stable polymer that feature a broad pH and temperature range. Polyethersulfone ultrafiltration cassettes are available in the following nominal molecular weight cutoffs:

- 50 kD
- 100 kD
- 300 kD
PESU cassettes are available in 0.1 µm pore size. Polyethersulfone membranes are designed for applications in the biotechnological and pharmaceutical industries. They can be used to remove the following cells from liquids:

- Mycoplasma reduction
