CIMac™ DEAE 0.1 mL Analytical Column (1.3 µm)

The CIMac™ DEAE 0.1 mL Analytical Columns are weak anion-exchange monolithic columns, that bind biomolecules that are predominantly negatively charged over the pH working range of 3-9.

DEAE (diethylamine) features:

  • Weak anion exchanger
  • Working range, pH 3–9
  • Binds molecules with predominantly negative charge, repels molecules a predominantly positive charge
  • Use for capture, intermediate, or polishing steps in either bind-elute or flow-through mode
  • High capacity for plasmid DNA
  • Sanitizable with 1 M NaOH
