The Celsius® Single-unit Shipper is a robust, pre-qualified shipper that ensures safe shipment of individual frozen 8.3L or 16.6L Celsius® Paks to remote locations. The Celsius® Single-unit Shipper is refrigerated by dry-ice pellets which contributes to significantly simplify biopharmaceuticals supply chain through one-way logistics and the transport of frozen Celsius® Paks to its destination site for thawing.

Celsius® Single-unit Shipper is offered for the shipment of individual frozen 8.3L or 16.6L Celsius® Paks.

The Celsius® Single-unit Shipper has been qualified according to the most stringent regulations for shipping containers: ASTM-D4169 at Assurance Level 1 for mechanical integrity and extreme summer temperature profile for thermal performance. Altogether, these qualifications run by independent laboratories ensure proper safety and integrity of your high-value biopharmaceutical product during frozen shipment.

Against the extreme summer temperature profile, all configurations tested passed the criteria for the shipper to provide adequate insulation and refrigeration to maintain the Celsius® Pak below –40°C for at least 96 hours. These results give an indication about the performances of the shipper you can expect in real-live shipments. This temperature profile is extreme and will bracket your actual shipping lane thermal conditions. While we know actual shipping lane thermal tests have to be made, the pre-qualification of the Celsius® Shipper provides you with strong confidence that they will match your requirements.
