Sartobind Protein A affinity adsorber is the ideal tool for rapid quantification of immunoglobulins (Ig). The large pore size allows ten times faster flow rate than conventional columns and a shorter operation time. You can achieve much higher throughput per ml than with any other Protein A matrix. You may use the unit with a syringe and perform the quantification within 10 minutes. The enclosed Luer adapters allow connection to a liquid chromatography system.
