Sartolab® Vacuum Filtration Units

Vacuum filtration units are designed for the convenient clarification & sterile filtration of tissue culture media and components, biological fluids, and other aqueous solutions. Sartolab® RF|BT vacuum filtration units are available as ready-to-use disposable 50 mL, 150 mL, 250 mL, 500 mL and 1,000 mL systems including receiver bottles, or as Bottle-Top-only system in 150 mL, 500 mL and 1000 mL.

Sartolab® RF 50 units can be used in combination with the Sartolab® MultiStation for hands-free parallel filtration of up to 6 samples.

Sartolab® BT Vacuum Filtration Units 180C5----------E, 0.22 µm Polyethersulfone, 500 ml

Sartolab® BT with polyethersulfone (PES) is designed for cell culture media and other solutions. Type C5 is a bottle top (BT) unit with a pore size of 0.22 µm and a volume of 500 ml and can be used for sterile filtration. Version E contains 12 units which are individually packed and sterilized.

The Sartolab® RF|BT vacuum filtration units contain either a polyethersulfone (PES) membrane or a Cellulose Acetate (CA) membrane and combine highest flow-rates and throughput with extremely low protein binding and extractables. They offer improved filtration speed and throughput and are therefore ideally serving the requirement of cost effective filtration.
