Paper Chromatography

Chromatography papers are not only ideal for chromatography, but also for routine and repetitive separations, routine analysis of proteins in serum (e.g. human albumin) and several absorption applications like those common in the life sciences and diagnostics. The chromatography papers are made of cotton linters with more than 98 % alpha-cellulose content and < 0.04 % ash content. They are very absorbent and available in different weights, thicknesses and capillary rise.
