High-Capacity Micro Balances
The new high-capacity micro balances (with a resolution of up to 61 million divisions and a readability of 1 μg ) are especially designed to weigh smallest sample amounts into large tare vessels. With a maximum weighing capacity between 31 g and 111 g and a scale interval of 1 µg or 2 µg, the new high-capacity micro balances offer outstanding performance and fulfill the highest accuracy and precision requirements. The high weighing capacity - in combination with the small minimum sample weight - is ideal for direct weighing of precious sample amounts (i.e., into long neck and round bottom flasks, HPLC vials or similar). Together with the Connectivity (QP4) and the Pharma software package (QP1), these balances with the MCA display meet the requirements for data integrity and data protection and comply with FDA 21 CFR part 11, and meet the requirements for minimum weight control according to USP chapter 41 and EP chapter 2.1.7. Easy integration into Pharma QC, analytical and GxP compliant laboratories is guaranteed, without any additional software.
We made cleaning easier to prevent from cross-contamination. The new Cubis® II high-capacity micro balances allow easy disassembly and assembly of all draft shields, weighing pans and the base plate. The cleaning QApp offers daily and deep cleaning and guides the user through the process intuitively.
